Very upset to hear that this company was in possession of my personal information, including my social security number. This company was broken into and all of that data was stolen. I have never used this company before. I have no clue why they possessed my information in the first place.
Ride to Care appointments take forever, taxpayers pay for poor mismanagement they need to just dump this company and get new company
This company has literally caused me to go hungry. They up and bailed out on me and turned off my gas card leaving me to fend for myself. They then lied to my face saying they were going to reimburse me but now there is no way to contact them. They owe me 400.00 dollars
Gridworks had a computer stolen that contained the personal information of Health Share of Oregon members including social security numbers. The theft occurred on November 18, 2019. Gridworks did not inform Health Share about this until January 2, 2020.
