My stuff arrived on the 19th... They didn't bother to call back or send me any info about it until I reached out to them. Then they proceeded to tell me I can't have my stuff until October 3rd. A whole 2 weeks later. Said it was "too complicated" for me to just go pick my stuff up. I emailed them a week ago saying I wanted to pick my stuff up, they never responded and decided to ignore me. Told me they’d be there between 8-12 and am still waiting for them at 1:30. Terrible company and horrible customer service! DO NOT USE!
The worst moving company! We’ve moved 5 different times and this is by far the worst company. We’ll never use them again. And I will tell everyone I know that they are horrible. The actual movers were helpful, but the company was money hungry and nickel and dime basic moving services.
Excellent service!! The team was professional, careful with our belongings, and very efficient. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Great service from Luis Holst! Very responsive, efficient and on top of details! We will definitely use this company again.
