Time is apparently not on their side, even though urgent is in their name. I don’t understand why you would pull somebody into a room and then make them sit for over 30 minutes instead of having them wait in the waiting room, meanwhile like four People are chitchatting at the front desk. I hate coming here and I don’t think I will again. You would be better off going to the emergency room even if it’s something small.
