As always my experience was great. I am always treated very kindly and with respect. All my questions are answered to the best of their ability and I am made to feel as at ease as possible. One really great thing about Grande Rhonde Specialty Clinic that I've experienced, is the the pre op and post op information and appointments are all set up for you and sent to you in a nice folder and you don't have to worry about anything. All the staff is very friendly, accomodating, & knows what they are doing. Dr. Trouw and all who work with him are amazing.
