I’ve dealt with the office staff for almost 2 years and they are the absolute best. Any issue that’s arose was quickly dealt with for the benefit of tenants. A+ Apartments!
I enjoy living at Greystone Summit. The apartments are very spacious which makes living here comfortable. It is pretty quiet for a large complex with all types of families. Residents are friendly, and new management is working hard to make things nice for us. Our maintenance staff is friendly and courteous, and mainly is there to handle our requests in ample time. Landscaping still needs sprucing up, and recently, they have made an effort. There are still dead trees and shrubs with weeds growing in them, that need attention.
I am new to the community and complex and have no complaints at all. Shannon and Randy have been quick to respond, answer questions and assist with my out of state relocation. Move in was smooth. Maintenance has been great too with a couple of minor issues. I am very pleased.
Thank you Shannon, for your dedication in assistance me in receiving an apartment at the last minutes. Also, ensuring that. I was let back into my apartment after losing my keys after a long day of moving. I really appreciate you and your team responding qui6in my emergency situation.
