They were prompt and handled the situation BUT...... I can't believe in such a big complex with every unit using the same type light fixture that they didn't have any available to replace the water damaged fixture over the tub in my apartment. This means they need to order a bulb or fixture and make another trip back to fix the problem. I was glad they did have one so I could have light in the shower area. This was all due to the crack in the tub from upstairs.
So far, it is okay. We have had termites and not much of an effort to get rid of them or make sure they are gone. Been here 4 months now. They are quick to fix maintenance requests and the pool/pool house is always clean. Gym is very nice. Tanning bed is nice to have. Amenities are great. Staff is wonderful. Randy is the best office person and Patrick is the best maintenance man!
I’ve dealt with the office staff for almost 2 years and they are the absolute best. Any issue that’s arose was quickly dealt with for the benefit of tenants. A+ Apartments!
