I worked there as a receptionist when I was younger and in community college, before I got my Bachelor's. From the beginning, the head receptionist that I had to work with (Amy) was rude, disrespectful, and immature. Outright bully for no reason. This vet is only interested in ordering unnecessary tests and running up excessive charges. My 14 year old dog had a heart attack yesterday. He had been under her care for an enlarged heart since 7.2019 and on multiple medications. She did not recommend euthanasia and charged me $500 for unnecessary tests and more medications .
