Everything was fine as long as the money was coming in , then they wanted a fee to do her follow up after her braces were removed. What I just paid you like 6,000.00. They do not care about your child period. Never any personal time to talk about their teeth just rush them in and out.
Dr.Roberts was rude and rough. First, I received no greeting and then she continuously stated instructions with increasing volume, despite obvious efforts to follow instructions. Her arms/hand were shaking with the physical force applied to the teeth. Mouth was smashed against metal. I'd totally want a refund and go elsewhere if possible. It pays more to be kind. A few other employees were nice, though.
Awful language used in front of my granddaughter by employee, we will not return!
