Dr. Vakilha is a legend. The sheer volume of patients he sees is astonishing and he cares for each of them with patience, thoroughness and respect. He has helped me over the years and never fails to be what a perfect doctor should be. It's also clear that he troubleshoots each and every problem with vast experience and knowledge.
The worst clinic I have ever been too. It took me a week to get my blood test back and 5 out of the 7 days I was calling and never got any answer. and when they did answer she was unprofessional and hung up the phone on me....and it was for something urgent. NEVER! GOING! BACK!!
It's been a while since I've been to this clinic. What made me visit after so long was finding out they now have an on-site blood lab. They've renovated the place which now seems cleaner. First contact was the receptionist, she was curtious as I called the day before to ask questions. Showed up today to be seen, the receptionist was very pleasant, warm and kind.
