RecommendedGreystone Farms Reserve has by far the most professional staff members, who make you feel extremely welcomed. Also, the apartments are very well maintained by the friendly maintenance staff. I can't say enough good things about the people, and the apartments. I feel like I am at home.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about this complex! Whether it’s the apartment leasing office staff or the maintenance staff, they are just AMAZING. If I open a request ticket, it is completed the same day!! Me, with my OCD, see things that other people might not see and I have a hard time dealing with those things, but the complex is so nice and accommodating, they get my concern resolved. Greystone Farms Reserve is the best apartment complex in the Columbus, GA area. They randomly host events such as Fall festival, morning breakfast with free Chick-fil-a, and so much more. From the friendly and attentive staff, luxurious amenities, and special events it is great and unique place to call home.
I have lived here for almost 3 years, and it has been WONDERFUL! The maintenance is excellent, and the office staff are friendly.
The comminitybis very quiet, the complex is clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.
I have been living here for over a year and this is the best apartment complex ever. Management is is very professional and all maintenance needs are handled in a timely manner. Greystone apartment is the way to go
We have enjoyed living here at Greystone Farms Reserve, it is a great place to live. Everyone in the office is friendly and very helpful. This is a wonderful place to live, especially if you have kids.
I LOVE this apartment complex!! Definitely feels like home away from home. I’m not originally from Columbus, but living here makes me feel apart of the community! The people working in the office and maintained crew are always willing to help.
