My family and I love it here! This is one of the best apartment complexes in the area by far! The grounds are very attractive and well-kept, and our apartment is extremely comfortable. Beautiful kitchen space, plenty of storage. The best part is the quietness! The staff is always responsive to our needs. Just a great place to live overall!
This complex truly feels like a community. I have been here for 2 years & have loved every bit. From the amenities to the landscaping to the southern hospitality. It is the best! Highly recommend!

Living in the Greystone @ Oakland community is by far the BEST decision I've made in regards to living in the Albany/Lee area. I'm two years deep in being a resident here at Greystone, and I must say I'm still enjoying my stay. It's a welcoming and caring experience because the staff truly loves and cares about their residences. And the best part, it's peaceful and quiet. I'd recommend this community to anyone, whether you're living alone or raising a family. -Briauna A.
The very best place to live in SWGA hands down...I have lived here since the opening and have looked to move elsewhere....there are no other places this nice and with this many amenities...plus a great friendly staff....that is why they have a waiting list.
