Unprofessional staff who don't pay close attention to their work. Unprofessional responses to inquiries. Emails look like a failed Geocities website, complete with random formatting and colors with irregular grammar and punctuation. If the staff this irresponsible before I move in, I can't imagine they'd be much better in serving their residents.
