If you have kids, pets and a life, don’t live here. Walls are paper thin and whether if you live upstairs or downstairs, you’ll have complaints file on you. We had the cops come knocking on our door on a Friday night at 8:30PM! My son had two of his friends over and they were watching wrestling on TV. People upstairs called the cops bc they were “bothered” by the noise. Completely unprofessional, use semantics to avoid fulfilling move-in specials, hidden fees all over place from move in to move out, there’s been mold all over my bathroom that maintenance has ignored when called in to look at that and unclog the bath tub, maintenance man asked me to stomp on a bats head in 2018 because he did not want to come out at 7 o’clock at night then in 2019 told my roommate he would be snapping a mouses neck in her room if he caught it, not to mention the landscapers stealing stuff from outside when I... read more

Looking for a male roommate. I am an incoming MS in CS, planning to move in to Greystone Apt 2b2b unit this month for long term lease. You can move in July or Aug.
