I am a current resident and while I have no complaints of the property itself, the management is pretty heartless. I can see why they’re being sued by the DOJ for VIOLATING CIVIL RIGHTS. The property is nice and clean but they do not care at all about their residents. They will file evictions after just a few days of late payments, refuse to offer payment plans, and refuse to accept partial payments. Water shutoff was communicated as a morning interruption, but it lasted far beyond the stated time with no accurate updates for residents until past the hour. The delay significantly disrupted daily living, especially for those of us with pets and medical needs who rely on running water! I have places to be. I need water restored immediately . I have a medical condition. Better communication and more realistic time estimates are needed when essential utilities are involved.
