I live in a Fairfield Apartment in Chelsea and moved in over a year ago. Then a few months later, Greystar knocked down the Stop and Shop directly next to our windows and began constructing two apartment complexes. We did not realize we were moving next to this construction upon signing our lease a few months beforehand.
