I live at Montessa at Whitney Ranch and have been dealing with a mice infestation with mice poop in my kitchen and dead mice in the walls, that has affected mine and my family’s health. The amenities and property are thrashed. Cars get broken into, homosss sleeps in the halls. The apartments are outdated and poorly maintenances. The property manager Lyndsey does not care and the regional Laurie has ignored the issues. Don’t rent from this management company

I lived at Jones Berkeley and my experience living there was good but over a year after moving out, I am getting collection calls saying I owe a balance??? I paid my rent on time every month and also paid the additional amount due after move out. After going back and forth with the collection company, I had to prove I actually paid the balance by sending them my bank statement.
