They can’t even manage to list the rent in their adds. Just that is scammy behavior.
This has to be the worst Property Management I have ever dealt with. They never have answers to your problems. They hired a horrible company to manage the parking. Reliant Parking. Maintenance is horrible. When you set up to repair you have to deal with an AI person, Ezra this robot is called. When we first rented this apartment the building was managed very well. Since Greystar to took over it has gone down hill. I want to give zero stars but I can’t!!
Bob, Larry et al., I have filed a real, genuine complaint against one of your property managers. To date, I have not received a single response. You are an awful company and I am seeking external help to resolve significant management issues that arise from your direct lack of oversight
Worst Property Management company out there. I have no idea how they’re even allowed in this line of business. Highly disappointed and advise everyone not to rent from them!
I bought only one month service and they keep charging me each month without my agreement it is a scammer company. I’ll report them to the police.
