Bob, Larry et al., I have filed a real, genuine complaint against one of your property managers. To date, I have not received a single response. You are an awful company and I am seeking external help to resolve significant management issues that arise from your direct lack of oversight
Worst Property Management company out there. I have no idea how they’re even allowed in this line of business. Highly disappointed and advise everyone not to rent from them!
I bought only one month service and they keep charging me each month without my agreement it is a scammer company. I’ll report them to the police.
Ulises came to replace a broken dishwasher in our unit at Jasper and was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to have such great service from him! He did a great job!
I live at Montessa at Whitney Ranch and have been dealing with a mice infestation with mice poop in my kitchen and dead mice in the walls, that has affected mine and my family’s health. The amenities and property are thrashed. Cars get broken into, homosss sleeps in the halls. The apartments are outdated and poorly maintenances. The property manager Lyndsey does not care and the regional Laurie has ignored the issues. Don’t rent from this management company
