I agree with the reviews here - do not rent anything related to Greystar's property. They have numerous tenant lawsuits FOR A REASON(check it online). All they care about is their shareholders and profitability - AT THE EXPENCE OF THEIR TENANTS. STAY AWAY and BE WARNED!
I have been trying to reach someone by phone for months and also emailed requesting a call back and never get anyone to respond or call me back. Why put a phone number to call you when it just goes straight to voicemail every time? This is an urgent matter please. I would like to actually SPEAK to someone over the phone PLEASE!
