These people are thieves, I lived at a apartment owned by greystar leasing in Austin Texas called Longspur Crossing. It was rats in the ceiling and in my apartment... I sent out many maintenance request... they did nothing!!! They would not return my 400 dollar deposit!!! They are crooks. I saw a settlement check for 13.00 dollars. Anything with greystar I cringe. Stay away or you will suffer like me!
