Would give a zero if I could!! I was sent an email for a move out fee for a community ( Masons Ridge) I never even moved into, due to the fact that the move in date was moved 3 different times. This resulted in me and my family having to scramble to find a place to live last minute. I have email correspondence showing my application fee would be refunded . Absolute trash. I stayed at their apartment “The Olivia” in Portland, OR and over the course of 2.5 years they changed apartment managers 3 times or more. The place was an overpriced dumpster. Nothing worked. The gym was down for months, the elevator was down for months, there was construction going on in the hallway and in the room next door to me for months. The place was hideous. They tried to make it seem pretty to overcharge but in reality it was literal trash. They charge a lot but give you absolute garbage in return. ... read more
