Do NOT rent here. From the day I moved in, I had to clean a strong dog urine smell throughout the apartment. Dog urine has continued leaking from the balcony of the unit directly above me onto my screened porch multiple times. I also endured constant severe noise from above: heavy stomping, banging, ball throwing across the floor for hours, dogs barking/fighting, and screaming — often late at night and early morning.
