24 hour delay because the bus broke down. No sympathy for those they screw in the process. No offer to transport luggage for free or ask is I wanted a motel room. The bathroom on the bus was broken. So no restroom for 3 hours. It makes me wonder how this company is still in operation.

I get over booking a bus but the lack of any kind of empathy for those trying to evacuate is unblevable. They kept us in the dark about not having room for us on the bus for an hour and a half after our scheduled departure time and then kept our money. We were luck enough to have another way out but what if that was all the money i had and couldn't afford to evacuate.
How dare you overbook and bump people just before a hurricane. And then say it's going to be a week to 10 days before giving a refund. Oops sorry no more buses. Then to not have a working number for complaints. This is a poorly run business that preys on those who need it most.
