First experience: I had trip cancelled Fort Lauderdale - Orlando 06/12/18 8AM as matter of fact the driver didn't show up and there is no only one else. Very, very and disrespectuful and rude attendents. And worse, regular passengers saying that's very often. Then I had to rent a car, way to go Greyhound!
Rode from fort Myers, fl to Chattanooga, TN and one driver that I had from fort Lauderdale to Orlando was the best driver there. He was extra informative. I enjoyed his company. He has been there with grayhound for 21 yrs. Don't rember his name but you sir make traveling more doable. Keep up the great work. �����
They have horrible customer service. Tried to resolve the issue over the phone due to the unhealthy conditions on the bus that I became sick. I was basically told tough luck. I will be taking it up with my credit card company in the am.
Everything about it sucked. From scheduling on the phone- forget it- it is outsourced to so America and after talking to 2 people who gave me different and confusing info, gave up. Ordered on line. Lady at ft Lauderdale was rude and unhelpful bec I cldnt print my eticket. Threatened us w asking information about our connecting bus from Miami bec the bus to get me to Miami was very late and wold mean missing my connection in Miami to key largo. 4 passengers and myself got a rent a car.
