It was the worst experience i ever had. My bus was due to leave monday passed at 6:00pm. I got there 2 hours early. Then at 6:00 they tell us we are delayed cause they didn't have have a driver for us. We didn't get to leave until almost 11:00pm. Then when it came to the first stop the bus had to make, the driver got lost and had to make a U turn in the middle of the road. I was suppose to reach pensacola at 3:30Am and didn't get here until almost 12:00pm yesterday. They let bums and crackheads hang around and in the station... read more
The worst service , the buses are in bad conditions , I don't recommend this service cause you don't receive any response if something happen���
Worst customer service ever. Rude, unhelpful, and pretty much useless. Flying out of Orlando, but My printer wouldn’t work and rather than be of any assistance they made me buy another ticket even though i had clearly purchased a ticket already. I’ll never use greyhound again. I’d rather schedule around Megabus or another company instead. All I needed to do then was present my phone with my info.
Been seated here since 9am, it's now 640pm. 3 buses have been cancelled, completely unacceptable management.
