Get it together this is my first time riding these buses and I had a layover yesterday for 10hours in Tallahassee I should of been to Atlanta at 7:40 yesterday night and I'm still in Jacksonville ( Florida Period) smh
Pretty upset that my husband is riding in your bus and your driver decides to make 2 unscheduled stops and leaves the passengers locked in the bus. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT GREYHOUND??? People were super nice. I paid for my friend's checked bags. It was $30 and jad to be cash. I had a $100 bill. Used that and got $18 back! Didn't notice it until I got home. Didn't have receipt gave it to my friend traveling in case she needed it. Ugh! I should have counted it at the counter!
The only reason why I gave this service 3 stars is because the driver on our first coach was very cool guy. Otherwise, after we had to change buses at Atlanta, it’s pure nightmare. If only I had enough money on the day of departure, I would definitely take a flight out of Orlando, hands down. The buses they have are kind of ok, but the one I’m on now is shaking, the vibration is quite strong, like one of the tires is blown or something..
Every time i travel to St.PETERSBURG, i have layover in Tampa. When it is time for bus to depart we the passengers be standing in line no one says anything until we inquire then we are told there is no driver. This is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed
Takes forever to get anywhere, but they'll stop to let ICE on to start arresting people
The bus driver was really mean and he was yelling at us, telling us to get off because he was already late for the next stop... I got of in Tampa FL and my son had to come and pick me up from Gainesville FL.. where I was supposed to get off originally... very disappointed..so actually they owe me..
