how u guys can take money from ppl and then just cancel on them. its messed up..
Mass confusion at the terminals, and the seats on the coaches are still very uncomfortable.
they had my 71 year old mother sitting on a broke bus for over 5 HOURS with other elderly people in the dead hear and wouldn't do nothing about it..i had to call the news to bring them water and food..... and they had the nerve manager in Tampa and Savannah and even central American customer service line WOULDN'T HELP....I WAS STUCK GIVING THEM ONE STAR BUT REALLY IT SHOULD BE ZERO.....
The staff is very rude at this location. I almost missed my bus thanks to them. I am Deaf and require traveling assistance on and off the bus at my destinations. No one helped me. Only help I got was from other passengers. It's a shame I paid extra for my ticket and get treated like garbage

It was worthwhile and cost effective I enjoy my trip look forward to riding the greyhound bus again a little cold but that’s way they sell sweaters
In orlando 8hrs Stuck on the road for days now when I should have been at my destination at this time by now and I have one more day on the road never had this problem
Shutting down the service and realizing they are transporting people, human beings. Even cows get better conditions while going to die.
