I NORMALLY TAKE MEGA BUS. I HAVE ONLY TAKEN GREYHOUND TWICE. THE NORFOLK STATION IS OK. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THEY ASK YOU TO BE THERE AN HOUR EARLY BEFORE YOUR TRIP AND THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 4:30. NOW THAT RALEIGH STATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! THE 2 TIMES IVE BEEN THERE I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THE FIRST TIME THE NEVER CALLED THE BUS FOR FAYETTEVILLE AND I HAD TO WAIT 9 HOURS FOR THE NEXT BUS. YESTERDAY SAME EXACT THING, THEY NEVER CALLED THE BUS HOWEVER IT HAD NOT LEFT BUT GOT OUTSIDE TO FIND OUT THEIR WERE NO MORE SEAT... read more
This is by far the worst experience i ever had. The employees where very rude especially in richmond VA . There was this african american lady about 5'3 with glasses cock eyed and she was hateful when i spoke to the manager Linda she really didn't care either the girl was snatching stuff and smacking her lips and then had the nerve to lie and say it wasn't room on the 1st bus but a another employee pit me on that same bus and it had more then 10 seats available Ms linda acted as if she was scared to speak up to the girl they... read more
