Our bus broke down before leaving the station, my family of 6, 2 if which are still kids couldn’t sit together, my three year old sister wasn’t allowed to use her car seat and the bus drive wouldn’t turn on the heat. It was freezing the entire time. Other than that it was an okay trip, no bumpy roads, not too loud.
I'll spend the $$$ the next time for my Grandmother to fly! Bus delayed, understandable due to the weather, but there is always a way to make your patrons feel appreciated by keeping them updated often. I have to say I had the worst experience with one of the best draft she treated me horribly and I'm trying to report her and disable legally blind she gave me a hard time and they told me I could not rubber bands and I have no one there to help me not even a super bad I just had the worst time of my life mammogram but she was driving 11 o'clock bus or two which region or August 23, 2017 she was sure nice table
Ok I been traveling Greyhound since I was a child. So I have lots of patients but the one thing that I was disappointed about was, if the bus is late or you don't have a driver but your working on the problem. Tell us. Do not have me standing in a line for a hour and a half with no explanation on why we are not boarding the bus. That's when people get mad. Shit happens yes but we are customers who deserve answers. Richmond VA. get it together.
