this trip has been awful from the beginning first of all my original bus was 30 miniutes late and then upon reaching St Louis the driver never showed up I was supposed to leave at 12:15 am I didn't leave until 4 am. then upon reaching Chicago the bus was overbooked and I had to wait until 3:40 if I had better options I wouldn't have booked this trip
Its been a interesting trip had to wait 3 hours for a driver to be uber to sringfield for strange people to stare crazy at me the staff had amazing attitudes and i just enjoyed the whole trip!
this place is filthy and gross, a terrible company.
Greyhound doesn't give a shit about their customers.
My bus was delayed due to no drivers and I sat in a parking lot for 7.5 hours waiting to leaving on a 30 minute stop. Now I’m delayed 12 plus hours and my plans for my ride and job have been wrecked. Due to zero communication and lack of professionalism I’m now 13 hours behind. I will get my money back on they will never get my service again
My daughter had a Dr note to bring her companion kitten at the Spokane WA station as she has bad anxiety attacks and they wouldn't let her take it on the bus. She about had a meltdown at the station, took my friend four hours to walk to get poor thing no water or food and they told my friend that she almost gave kitten to others who asked for it! Other bus riders but yet absolutley refused her entry into the bus with same kitten! Not fair! Nore Right
Hate is a strong verb. Book online twice and still no reservation. 2 and a half hrs of wasted time on the phone. 3 hr trip was $58 but paid 90 due to their incompetence. Another American company sold out to overseas investors
