This company sucks! You all sell tickets online, make your money, and don't care how you treat your customers! My bus was supposed to leave at eleven tonight, it's now after midnight, and no bus as of yet! This is not the first time this has happened either! Greyhound get your company together, be great again!
I had a great time with greyhound I'm have taking them several times.
The greyhound bus stations are always packed with people who are not even riding the bus. They are loud and ratchet. The bus drivers were not friendly at all. They all have attitudes that work there like as if they hate their job and the yell at you like an animal when you ask simple questions. I’d rather walk than to ever catch a greyhound again.
