Don't live here if you want to sleep on the weekends. Noise is so loud and disruptive, for anyone living here. Restaurant Toulouse just down from Grey House has DJ playing music so loud on the weekend evenings, until 2am. Terrible! This will effect anyone living in this area.
Before you try to move to Grey House, go by there between the hours of 10pm to 2AM. There is a DJ spinning records at Mach 7. So don't expect to sleep at home Friday or Saturday night. Caveat Emptor...
There is no better place to be in Houston! The River Oaks Shopping District, Restaurants, & Grey House are a winning combination you can't beat!!!
Classic, sophisticated living...nothing like it in the entire city. Truly one of a kind - love it here!
What a beautiful property! Tommy and his staff are wonderful too and very friendly! Looks like a great place to live and so convenient to shops, restaurants, movies and so much more.
