I’m writing this review after months of consistently disappointing experiences with this PCP office. The level of service here is entirely unacceptable, especially for patients who rely on timely and professional care. Hold times are excessive—you can expect to sit on the phone for 30+ minutes just to speak with someone, assuming the call doesn’t drop or get routed incorrectly.
