Everyone explains in detail what needs to be done, when, and possible outcome. My procedure went very well. I did have to wait longer than they were hoping but that was due to another's procedure taking longer, it put everyone behind. I hope if I have a procedure that takes longer everyone understands. Dr. Grevey was excellent in his calmness even though he was running behind. I felt I had everyone's attention when it was my turn. Thanks everyone for taking great care of me.
