I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
