Grettie is an amazing Realtor. I have worked with her on a few transactions where my husband and I have purchased and sold rental property and a primary home. We always work with Grettie because throughout every transaction she is tenacious In helping us get a property we want over other buyers, get increased bids when selling and following thru once the transaction is in progress to make thru nothing falls thru the cracks.
