The staff is great. Dr. Hai is great also!! The MA's are the best and they make it comfortable to tell them your issues...However, the wait time is awful!!! I have been coming here for maybe 2 years and I'm never in and out.

What a joke. Had an appointment for blood work. Showed up on time and the place was packed. They told me it was going to be a while. Not sure why make appointments if y’all can’t keep up. No respect for the patient’s time
They have the worst communication with their patients that I have ever seen! They make you appointments and do not communicate with you at all about this or let you decide when you are available. They only give you a 3 month prescription and want you to come in and pay co-payment for them to renew! They never call you back when you leave a message twice and Dr. Nguyen does not return calls either! Worst Dr. office I have ever been to!!

This is what happens when you go to an urgent care with no doctor on site. We took my 90 yr old mother. They diagnosed her with 2 kinds of flu and pneumonia and sent us to the ER for IV antibiotics. Went to Oshner. She did not have pneumonia. Did have flu treated with oral medication. Also had urinary track infection. Again oral meds. Could have saved a lot of time and money if these people were competent.
Always quick first rate medical attention by a amazing staff!!!
