Came all the way from Slidell to bring my daughter here. Staff was very professional. We only had a short wait time. We were seen by Shana. She was very patient, thorough and courteous. Shana listened to my daughter’s concerns and then explained everything to us. She was knowledgeable and did lab work. Once the results came back she called and explained everything, the lab results confirmed her diagnosis! The nurse practioner Mrs. Andrea Davis is extremely helpful and kind! I will always recommend her, she treats us like family!
I consider Shana Ducros to be an excellent medical provider. Rarely have I found someone so focused on excellent patient care. I have always found her to be attentive as I explain my medical concerns, asking probing questions to make a proper diagnosis. I appreciate her availability and willingness to work me into her busy schedule whenever necessary. I would higher recommend her to anyone looking for superior medical care.
As a new patient the service was amazing. The facility is very clean and well kept up. The staff is very friendly. MJ the XRay Tech was awesome and made me feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone.

Gretna Medical has a very caring staff and the facility is very clean and organized. Mrs. Carlita was very respectful and very helpful and was very nice to me. She is very kind and sweet lady.
Gretna Medical center is a very good place and the staff are very respectful. Dra. Shana is the best nurse PN I have seen and met. She is really smart, lovely and caring with all the patients.
Brought my girlfriend here on a weekend with no appointment. It was very convenient. She was really feeling bad. We dealt with a lady named Shana.
