My experience with this office has always been great. My only complaint would have been the hold time on the phone, however, they corrected that in the past year or so. I have been seeing Dr. LaSalle for the past 13 years. She is always professional, has great bedside manners and is always very helpful. I am a pretty healthy person, that usually only goes in for my annual checkup. Both my daughters started seeing Dr. LaSalle when they turned 18 and have also felt very comfortable with her. I have been a patient of Dr. LaSalle since 2008 when she first started with RWC. She has always exceeded the care I have ever received from a physician in my 70 years. She is extremely intelligent yet has has a very caring personality and fantastic bedside manner. I am so fortunate to have her as my physician.
Dr. LaSalle listens to my concerns and goes out of her way to explain options and the nuances of test results. I'm pleased to have had her for my GP for almost of two decades now; I've never been disappointed in the care she provides.
