I always feel comfortable with Dr. LaSalle-she has a caring , up-to-date , personable style. It was unfortunate she could not access my info on the computer this morning but I had studied the recent lab results and it was a productive visit .
It was a great visit as always I am looked after and cared for and feel comfortable and all my questions are answered
Excellent physician, thorough, caring and finds every way she can to help her patients. She is greatly respected and we are so fortunate to have her for our doctor. She also has an outstanding staff.
Even after xrays, mri's, and a nerve conduction tests that proved I had an injury and that I was in sever pain no one including dr lasalle at rockwood clinic believed me. I ordered my medical records from rockwood clinic and they are missing some of my records. dr's that I'd seen were not included. My mri results were not included.
Dr Lasalle is delightful. However the Multicare medication refill model isn’t working. My pharmacy faxed a refill request on Monday, today is Saturday and my pharmacy still hasn’t heard back from the Multicare refill folks. Frustrating.
Okay for routine checkups. However, she always seemed perplexed when presented with a health problem and more often than not referred us to another provider-to the point I preferred to see her nurse instead. She is not considerate of my insurance coverage and the cost of care; strongly recommended tests not covered by insurance (i.e. DNA testing) and appointments with other providers (a surgeon just to "establish a relationship"), for which I'd have to pay for. Wasted my time and $!
