I just had a root canal today with Dr. Heinsen, and she is the best I have ever encountered in my 5 decades of life. She took excellent care of me today and dare I say, it was a great experience even though I had a root canal. She and her staff are extremely professional and caring!!!
Dr Heinsen is a TEN !!! You will not find a more competent Dentist for Endo work in the Ft Lauderdale area, I know, I've seen a few. You won't be disappointed. Her staff is great as well, wonderful follow up!
Dr. Gretchen Heinsen is very caring and takes excellent care of her patients. When I had root canals, she always made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the procedure and took great care in her work. When my crown came off, she squeezed me in on the same day. She is the only endodontist I will go to.
I have been a practicing general dentist for over 50 years. in Pennsylvania and recently was experiencing general localized pain that could have been easily been diagnosed as a tooth abcess. I was on vacation in Florida and after evaluating local endodontists I decided on being evaluated at Dr. Heinsen's office. I could not have made a better choice. I might have been squirming but it was the first time in literally decades that I felt comfortable. The patience and dedication to treat my issues was phenomenal. I am beyond grateful. My son has special needs, and Dr. Heinsen went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make his root canal as painless as possible. She is extremely patient and explains everything along the way. Her staff was also very sweet, with a big shout out to Hayley!
Hands-down the best experience I have ever had with any dental work. Dr. Heinsen was incredibly accommodating, professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
