We really enjoyed working with Gretchen on the sale of our condo. She was a great listener and gave insightful advice on market conditions. Gretchen listed our property well. We felt that the things that we liked about our condo really came through when she described the property in the listing. And she did an excellent job staging the property, which really showcased its curb appeal.
