Gretchen was phenomenal to work with and made the entire sales process EASY! She represented the seller in the transaction and was communicative and transparent and always accessible. Let's do another transaction soon!

Gretchen was instrumental in assisting with the sale of a Townhouse in Chadds Ford. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the sales and estate processing requirements for the property. She had a wealth of experience and contacts to ready and stage the listing and complete the sale in a timely manner. She was a true asset in the real estate process and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using Gretchen for your real estate needs!

Gretchen is amazing to work with. She helped me, as a first-time homebuyer, really understand each step in the process and advocated for me every step of the way. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. She secured the very first home I looked at and put an offer in for! She was able to truly communicate with the sellers to make sure that all of my needs were met, and she was able to support all of the negotiations to get everything that we asked for. I would highly recommend her!
