I have been under Lauren's care for a couple of years and present with quite complexity with degenerative discs (cervical) and lower back issues as well as overall fatigue and Lauren has run more than all the needed tests and is strong supporter of 'test don't guess' and have established a solid baseline and seen me through 2 cervical disc replacements and much more. She is super well informed with all latest studies and treatments and I would highly recommend her.
After waiting nearly 2 months for an initial consult (that was going to cost $1200 for 60-90 minutes) with Dr. Prusmack, we waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. As busy professionals, we had other commitments after our appointment and told the front desk we had to cancel. Their response, “Are you sure? He won’t be able to get you in for another 2 months.” The Chief Customer Experience officer called us the next day and apologized but in the same breath said, “I can’t guarantee that Dr. Prusmack would ever be on time.... read more

Dr Carpenter is very good at diagnosing. He has saved my life on two occasions. Thank God for his expertise!
Lauren is amazing. She is kind, has empathy, and listens. She made me feel seen and did not judge. She gave me amazing referrals and her communication is top notch.
I found Dr. Woosik to be cold and have absolutely no understanding of the trauma pain can cause. Unless you have a clear diagnosis of exactly what kind of surgery you need don’t waste your time. He claims to have state of the art diagnostic equipment, and then tells you you’re in the wrong place for diagnostics. He was 40 minutes late, and didn’t answer a single question I had. He may be a great surgeon, but his bedside manner is anything but. He needs some trauma informed education.

Our team truly values this feedback, and we are very sorry for the negative impression Dr. Chung left. Please contact our office at 303-322-2206 so that we may work to make the situation better. Thank you.
I would not recommend this provider to anyone I cared about. I do not feel that my concerns were heard or responded to appropriately. Her tone and language were unprofessional, demeaning, and disrespectful. I felt her approach and attitude was antiquated and she was uninformed on critical aspects of women’s health.
I started seeing Dr. Linhorst in August of 2023 after being referred by my primary care doctor. I could tell right away that she cared about me as her patient. She has been very thorough, and she has a lot of knowledge and experience. At our appointments, she used a lot of visuals to explain things to me, and I was able to gain a clearer understanding of my diagnosis. I don't think I could have found a better practioner than her. I'm grateful for her dedication to her practice and her patients. I would definitely recommend h... read more
Dr Chad did my ADR surgery and I could not be happier. From the first evaluation to my last follow up Dr Prusmak and his staff are top notch. They made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood the procedure. My pain in my shoulders and down my arm, and my headaches are gone! I was a very emotional experience when the pain went away.
My respect and admiration for Dr Woosik Chung is only matched by my childhood family doctor, Dr Artwen Washer, who saved me from bleeding to death at 12 years old. Dr. Chung performed my 3rd spinal fusion in 2010, from C3-C7, which was amazing. Because of this, it was difficult for me to hear a certain amount of rudeness and uncaring from him when I visited Dr. Chung last year. At 76 years old, I never thought that I would be considered too old for surgery, as my mother didn't pass until she was almost 99 from old age. Agree... read more
