I would not recommend this provider to anyone I cared about. I do not feel that my concerns were heard or responded to appropriately. Her tone and language were unprofessional, demeaning, and disrespectful. I felt her approach and attitude was antiquated and she was uninformed on critical aspects of women’s health.
I came in to get an ultrasound for an abdominal issue. They found a large, uterine fibroid - although apparently the fibroid had absolutely nothing to do with the symptoms I was being seen for. Dr Brandsetter proceeded to tell me that this would most likely mean I could not have children so I needed to decide now if I want to go to fertility doctor, or have a hysterectomy. She gave me Pitocin when she shouldn’t have. I ripped out very badly and she did a terrible job putting in stitches and I had to have Her terrible repair surgically corrected later. She’s negligent rude, abrasive, and talks over you. People like her shouldn’t even be a doctor.
Dr. Brandstetter is a nightmare. She was my OB GYN during my first pregnancy and she ignored every concern that I had. She often made me feel stupid and incompetent when I would ask questions and her bedside manner was unfeeling. My family had a long history of blood clotting and instead of addressing that, she stated, "we'll cross that bridge when we come to it". I literally could not have delivered my boy without her! Se was the "push" I needed when in a complicated delivery.
This was an absolutely horrible experience.I was left in the waiting room with no update for over 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Dr. Brandstetter literally said "Whatever!" and waved her hand in response to my description of a pregnancy complication I had experienced previously (I was describing it because she said she didn't know what it was). That level of dismissal continued throughout the appointment with her not listening to my concerns and "addressing" concerns I had explicitly
Terrible doctors office. The front desk is a mess - receptionist is rude. With this being my first pregnancy I was looking for an office that was clean, caring, and organized. They are clean but that’s as far as it goes. Highly do not recommend
Dr Brandstetter has done an awesome job with all my wifes appointments and did an awesome job on her C Section. She gets the job done and really cares for her patients. We thank you for your passion, and caring personality toward not only us but to all your patients. Thank you
I have been seeing Dr. Brandstetter for over 10 years. She is always so thorough and friendly. She makes me laugh even when the situations aren't comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personable doctor.
