Felicia handled my service call for pest control and I was very impressed. She was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything perfectly. Was very impressed, confident and comfortable with the service and their representative. Will definitely refer people to Gressette and continue to use them.
There was a guy that came out to my home this morning and had his pants pulled down in my yard. Like he was using the bathroom in my yard Its not okay. Call the company spoke with the GM Brenen and he telling me well maybe he had a bug in his clothes is why.. well it's not okay for him to be naked in my yard at all.. and for him to even say that says a lot about this company and how they conduct them self. Using this company for years. The only reason I won't give this company a higher review is due to bad business practices. If a client is requesting an appointment for an issue and you don't have a time or date available and say I'm going to put you on a list and someone will follow up with you. You don't just randomly show up and perform treatment without consent and not giving someone a quote. They always call me in the past before they showed up. Looked at what needed to be treated.
