Great experience, will definately be back for my next purchase. That first sentence was written before the financing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, what dealership doesn't check the payoff of the vehicle your trading in beforehand? Now we're told we have to come up with 600.00 more to cover the negative equity in our trade, WOW. Just to clarify sales were great it was when we got in the financing office that things changed.
Buying from this dealership was easily the quickest and smoothest car buying experience ive ever had. They were all very helpful salesman especially Shig Kobayashi he was very nice and professional. Not pushy but informative and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.
All money no service.
