My family has bought 3 cars from them and referred 3 more to buy from them, but never again. Transmission in my car was having trouble so we called and they said "No worries, you've got the best warranty so EVERYTHING is covered." Found out after having it towed and looked at that now because it just needed new fluid they wouldn't cover it. I did NOT have the greatest salesman the first time there, but he honestly tried (car 1). However, on my next visit (car 2), Jack Reese was exceptional. He was easy going and laid back; knowledgeable, whether he knew car facts or looked them up for me; and really didn't pressure me to purchase anything. Very professional work staff as well.

Jake was waiting for us after our drive up from Corvallis to see the Honda Crosstour and with us every step of the way. Really like this dealership and the care they show towards customers. The whole negotiating thing was pleasant but more importantly very fair. Cort was congenial and explained what the costs were and like Jake, was great to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership and if we ever need another car we will come back here. It was definitely worth the drive.
Scott, John and Cort were fabulous at helping Me find a great car. Very straight forward with no hard sell tactics.

Love Gresham Toyota! I went to get my car checked for its 6 months and the tire pressure light had come on the other day so I had them check it too. 1) they let my 4 year old son sign his name on the paperwork signing off on the car work. Sooooooo cute. 2) my sales rep was there while we waited. He remembered one of the main reasons I bought the car (take my kid to the beach) and asked if I'd had the chance to go yet.
