Awesome experience with this company love them
After visiting a few Toyota dealerships in the area with no luck in finding our new vehicle, we found ourselves in the company of Jenny Nester at Gresham Toyota and she was truly a sigh of relief. Shopping for cars is stressful and feeling like you need to be on top of your game makes the experience less than enjoyable. However, Jenny was relaxed, upfront, but professional, and made the experience so easy! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a new car!
Service was efficient for my need of a new battery. The staff were friendly, good at explaining what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost.

Big shout out to Carl in service. I was a dealership tech for several years and this guy is the real thing. My wife and I walked away from a deal at Gresham Toyota because of a bad experience with a salesman. I understand the dealership game and I hate getting ripped off. I only came in to Gresham because it’s close to my home and there was a recall on my Tacoma. Carl and Austin have changed my mind. 10/10 Thanks guys

My spouse and I can say our experience was vastly different from the previous reviews. We can’t speak for all the salesmen but we can say our experience with Cort, Doug, and Jess was impeccable. We started off early and was greeted by Doug and we discussed with him on some of our options we are looking at for our growing family. On December 15th I was visiting Portland from Bend. On my way out of town, my '01 4Runner began smoking from the engine area. Luckily I was near Gresham Toyota. Service Advisor, Ivan Castillo, greeted me and said they could do a complimentary multi-point inspection. Ivan's team checked everything, identified what was happening, and told me I would be fine driving home.
