From the first contact via the website to driving off the lot, we really felt Gresham Toyota was engaged with us as customers. We turned to them because we were not feeling that way with another dealership we were dealing with. Funny to say this, but we actually really enjoyed the car buying experience...I cannot say that from any other car we have ever purchased. Been trying to get ahold from someone in financing for over 2 weeks, I’ve called about 13-14 times, left 4 different people voicemails at this point. The receptionist has tried to help by messaging their computers to contact me. Nobody has returned a call, voicemail, nothing. You would think that when you spend over 50k somewhere they could at least answer a phone or call someone back in a timely manner. Buying the vehicle was easy, getting anything handled after that is an utter nightmare.

Great service! I went in for an oil change, and within 45 minutes my Toyota was ready to go. Every time I have gone to Gresham Toyota, I have received nothing less then professionalism and high quality customer service. I received the best customer service by Ashley Byrns, who was not only knowledgeable, but she was friendly and personable. Next time I make an appointment I will request to work with her. Shout out to Ivan Castillo also, he’s makes time to check in and ask if anything else could be done.
