I’ve had one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever encountered dealing with NP Dodge, Burlington Apartments, and Grenoble Apartments. I was stood up for a lease-signing at Burlington—no call, no apology, nothing—until I reached out through NP Dodge’s website. Even then, no one took accountability. Later, I was told one-bedrooms would be opening soon and that NP Dodge had made an appointment for me to see one.
