Give you a time to be here to see a Dr and you sit after check in for an hour past your appointment time before being called back for even the first stage. So glad they think my time isn’t as valuable as theirs. This sucks.
Our day was a consult and the staff collected information at the appointment.
Scheduled a procedure, minor one, 6 months ago. Was taken back to the procedure room 1.5 hrs ago, was numbed and told to wait. Now the medicine has worn off, and I have been left with no explanation and no doctor. Just unbelievable that they don't have better scheduling practices as this does not appear to be uncommon
Dr and assistant were absolutely perfect. The tech a Miss M was fabulous and very professional. Other than the rude front desk, who are clueless about insurance. Especially for veterans, it seems. Great practice. Would recommend to anyone who asked.
