Do not recommend who in the world will talk to a 73 almost 74 year old woman who dont understand a lot of big word medical terms if you are gonna be in this kind of field for work where you'll be working with people there is no need to talk to people with a attitude. But will say the lady who helped my mom pick a pair of glasses she was very nice to her explained the difference between the different types of frames and lenses.
They wont give me my contact prescription because I put in a "trial pair" and they need to see me again for fitting...even though the doctor looked at them when I put them in. So now ive been in the same pair on contacts for 2 months and cant get them to give me my prescription. They got $80 from me so they must not care...and their scheduling sucks. Customer service says they will have someone call me back but never do. Place is very inconvenient and unhelpful.
I scheduled eye appointments for all 3 of my children with Dr. Carson at Grene Vision over a month in advance. Not only were the appointments booked without issue, but I also received text messages offering earlier appointments for all 3 together. I have even brought all 3 kids to appointments on the same day in the past.
