They wont give me my contact prescription because I put in a "trial pair" and they need to see me again for fitting...even though the doctor looked at them when I put them in. So now ive been in the same pair on contacts for 2 months and cant get them to give me my prescription. They got $80 from me so they must not care...and their scheduling sucks. Customer service says they will have someone call me back but never do. Place is very inconvenient and unhelpful.
I scheduled eye appointments for all 3 of my children with Dr. Carson at Grene Vision over a month in advance. Not only were the appointments booked without issue, but I also received text messages offering earlier appointments for all 3 together. I have even brought all 3 kids to appointments on the same day in the past. Very caring and helpful.
The staff was nice enough, not amazing but not bad, but i specifically told them use my vision, not medical insurance, they didn't listen and of course medical kicked it back and now I have a bill and they refuse to rerun it beacuse it would slightly inconvenience them. To top it off they refuse to send a paper bill and are insisting I pay through a sketchy link on a text message. The "lovely" person I talked to on the phone told me to just deal with it and pay it.
