If I could give zero stars, I would. Grene Vision Group has gone drastically downhill over the past few years, and this most recent experience sealed it for us. This isn’t an isolated incident, it’s a pattern of poor service and unprofessional behavior. The staff, particularly Danielle, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had my usual yearly eye exam back in July 2024 and have dealing with ongoing billing discrepancies still now in March 2025. I've contacted their billing department 5 plus times to resolve it, they just keep sending bills of different amounts. I tried to speak with the office manager and waited on hold for an extended period of time. I'm now moving to an unrelated office. Been with them several years and this is just disappointing and abysmal.
***One Star*** If you, or a family member are neurodivergent, I would avoid this place at all costs. The “doctor” treated me, someone with a disability that was clearly listed in the paper work, and a struggle to deal with daily, in such a rude/snarky way and has left me feeling miserable with even lower self esteem. Having sensory issues, there are things that I can/can’t handle, especially on the spot, something I’ve never experienced or could handle, it’s not being rude, it’s just my life.
