I had the Italian and it was the best Italian I’ve ever had. My spouse got the build your own sub and it was good too. I will definitely be back. The staff and owner was friendly and very welcoming. I enjoyed the service and the food.
We were given a voucher for this place by a friend of ours so we decided to try it. OMGosh! My wife and I loved it! When we walked in we were greeted, asked if we had been there before. When we said no she lit up and proceeded to give us the grand tour.she not only talked about the menu items in detail but how the store was laid out physically including where we could find the restrooms! He ensured me that he wasn’t sure what happened the day of the picture but it is not their standard to give that little meat and toppings. Today my sandwiches had perfect portions like they always did in the past. This is a great establishment with beyond wonderful owners. **Update** I’ve only gotten sandwiches from Greg’s for years. It’s been a week or two since I have been to Greg’s Sandwich Works . My son and I truly can say this is our favorite sandwich shop! Hands down the closet to downtown Chattanooga, it’s literally less than 20 minutes from my house which I live downtown. The best part is the parking is FREE and there is outdoor setting!
